Guaranteed Pay Scheme
The Teach In Guaranteed Payment Scheme (GPS) is an exciting service which means we are able to ensure a steady flow of supply work to our high quality overseas teachers working on supply contracts.
The GPS scheme is offered to selected teachers based on skills, experience, location, and our branch quotas. If we are not able to offer GPS then we can certainly offer you supply work as an alternative. By joining this scheme, we can ensure you will be paid whether we find you work or not. It is a great mix of flexibility and security.
On a GPS agreement, you will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 days per week of work in your area, and where possible, we will aim to send you to your preferred schools. Teach in will also ensure that you are offered suitable teaching assignments with priority over any staff who are not members of the GPS.
